Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and help keep our service team running smoothly. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling technicians, tracking inventory, submitting purchase orders, and generating reports for both operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls
Schedule technicians for service calls and project work
Track inventory levels and assist with inventory counts
Submit purchase orders and follow up with vendors
Run reports to support operations and the sales team
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Administrative or office support experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related industry is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
